WCAC Teams

Administrative & Business Team: The Board and Art Center Coordinator need help with a number of admin and business related tasks.  Please share your expertise and help us stay on top of things!

Front Desk Team: Greets visitors, promotes the Art Center, processes payments, and helps with light admin projects.   Full shifts – 4 hrs.    /   Half shifts – 2 hrs. 

Development Teams: These teams help sustain and support us, so please join us where you can.

  • Grant writing Team: Write & submit grants & research new grant opportunities
  • Sponsorship Team: Help secure more corporate and private sponsors
  • Special Event Planning Team: This is the “fun” Team – be an event or party planner par excellence!

Operational Teams:  These Teams help keep the Art Center running smoothly – we need you!

  • Facility Team: Help keep the Art Center interior and exterior looking stellar!
  • Hospitality Team: Ensure that our Art Center receptions, openings and other events run smoothly!
  • Marketing & Media Team: Help us “up our game” and become more visible in the community. 

Special Program Teams:

  • Art Ed Team: Help grow and sustain the program and keep the Art Ed areas clean, neat and well stocked
  • Exhibit Team: Help coordinate, oversee, market, promote, install and de-install exhibits
  • Outreach Team: Help organize, set-up, take down, and supervise outreach events.
