2020 Virtual Members Co-Op Show:  October 5 – November 20

In addition to the Fireside Gallery, Artisan Corner, and Annual Members Show, WCAC introduced the Co-Op Shows for member artists and artisans who want to showcase larger bodies of work.  During these shows, we encourage you to engage fully with the gallery by running and managing your own exhibit, including pursuing your own creative ideas and methods to advertise yourself.  This year, due to Covid-19 issues, we will hold one show which will run for 6 1/2 weeks.

If you are a current member and interested in being in this year’s Co-Op Show, please review the Letter of Agreement (LOA) and Application, and Gallery Schematic thoroughly (see links below).  The LOA includes detailed information about the exhibit rules, spaces and fees, and both WCAC and artist responsibilities. The schematic shows the layout of the gallery spaces.

To apply, please complete and sign Letter of Agreement/Application Form, include your BIO/resume, and submit to Janis Wood as soon as possible – we allot spaces on a first come basis.  Upon approval, you will have 10 days to pay your fee, or risk losing your space.  We also require a signed W-9 (see link below).  If you have questions in the meantime, please call Janis at 757-220-2217, or email her at jleewoodart21@msn.com.
