Come to an exhibit, and/or feature your work in one!

We host at least eight exhibits annually at the Blue Building – 110 Westover Avenue that are designed to create and foster awareness and exposure for both emerging and seasoned artists.  The artists’ mediums include watercolor, photography, pottery, woodworking, oils, acrylics, encaustics, textiles, glass works, etc. They are free and open to the public, with special members’ previews on Monday nights prior to each public opening.

This year, we will continue hosting two of our most popular and well attended annual shows – High School Student Show in January featuring local area students, and our Annual Member’s Show held in June featuring fine art in a variety of mediums produced by our members.  We will also host our third Regional Juried Show in  October, which is open to both members and non-members. All three shows are judged by recognized artists in their field. In addition to these mainstays, we have added a William & Mary Capstone Student Show featuring Senior Art Majors at the college.

Check out the 2019 Exhibition Calendar for dates, and Fireside gallery themes and Artisan Corner schedule.
