2017 Sponsorship Opportunities!
Many of our programs and events are sponsored by generous donors who appreciate the arts and also what our organization does to benefit the community. Will you consider becoming a sponsor?
We offer several categories of sponsorships, all described below. If one appeals to you, click the accompanying link to download a PDF file that will detail sponsor levels and benefits. You will see how we recognize and thank our sponsors. To become a sponsor, just complete and mail the commitment form (which is part of the downloaded PDF) to the address indicated on the bottom of the form. Or, email Janis Wood at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Rehab the Blue Building in the Arts District! In January 2017, we moved from 219 N. Boundary into a 2000+ sq. ft. space at 110 Westover Avenue in the Arts District. Although we loved our Gallery on N. Boundary, we now have room to house our entire operation, including three galleries, office space, art education center, and some lectures and small events. While we’re glad to plant our flag at the Blue Building (as we fondly call it), we have needed to rehab and update both the interior and exterior of the building. A Sponsorship might include cash, a store credit, or actual merchandise equal to one of the levels outlined – please review the benefits at the different levels and join us in our move to the Blue Building where we plan to thrive & grow for some time to come! Gallery Exhibits: 2017 features seven exhibits at the Blue Building, WCAC’s Gallery at 110 Westover Avenue. In addition to our High School Student Show and the Annual Members’ Show, we have added three Member Co-Op Shows and a Regional Juried Show. They each will run for approximately 5-1/2 weeks and expect to generate good crowds and community excitement. Please click the download link to see this year’s exciting array of exhibits and learn how you can become a big part of them. We thank and recognize our sponsors during these shows. Marketing Partnerships: WCAC undertook a re-branding campaign in 2015 that included changing its name to better reflect the full scope of its curriculum and community outreach. Your support will help us reach the greatest number of people in our area, and share the value of art and art education in a thriving marketplace. Our sponsors will be thanked and recognized in the various marketing materials. Click to download sponsor levels and benefits (PDF).
Outreach and Art Education: WCAC sponsors several outreach programs to the community. Buddy Art provides art activities for children with special needs; Caring Art addresses social interaction needs of the elderly and home-bound; Kid’s Art Day is a day of art for area youth through the 5th grade; and High School Art Scholarships are college scholarships awarded to graduating seniors who best demonstrate their ability in art and plan to study art in college. Each of these programs are free to the participants and need your support! Click to download sponsor levels and benefits (PDF).
