Lecture Series

WCAC has been cooperating with the Williamsburg Regional Library and the Richmond-based Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, to host a series of art lectures, Centuries of Art @ your Library, in the fall and winter for the past several years. This program is temporarily suspended while the library undergoes remodeling. WCAC hopes to announce the resumption of the program once the library renovations are completed or we find a new venue for these lectures. Watch the visitWCAC newsletters for new information.

College Art Scholarships

Each spring, WCAC awards college art scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the Williamsburg, James City County and Bruton District of York County School Districts.

The scholarships are awarded to the seniors who best demonstrate an ability in art and who plan to continue their education at the college level with art as a major or minor.

2026 Scholarship Application Forms are available online at https://visitwcac.net/scholarships.cfm.
