How to Exhibit

2018 Members Co-Op Shows

In addition to the Members Fireside Gallery and Annual Members Show, WCAC has introduced the Members Co-Op Shows to offer affordable gallery space to member artists and artisans who want to showcase larger bodies of work.  During these shows, we encourage you to engage fully with the gallery by running and managing your own exhibits and pursuing your own creative ideas and methods to help advertise yourselves.  We will hold four Members Co-Op Shows this year – each running for 39 days as follows:

March 19 – April 27 / May 1 – June 8 / July 24 – August 31 / September 4 – October 12

If you are interested in participating, please review the Letter of Agreement, Application and Gallery Schematic thoroughly (see below).  The Letter of Agreement includes detailed information about the program, exhibit spaces and fees, and responsibilities for both WCAC and exhibitors during these shows. The schematic shows the layout of the gallery spaces.  To apply, please complete and sign the Application at the end of the Letter of Agreement.  Note: You must be or become a current member to apply.

We will allot gallery spaces on a first come basis, so please submit your application and resume/bio quickly. Upon approval, please return the signed Letter of Agreement , space fee, and a signed W-9 (see below) within 10 days to ensure your place in the show you applied for.
